Green has his eyes closed, meditating instead. Green: I must not suggest solutions. Solutions are the vent-killer. I will face the vent. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has passed, I will see its path, and there will be nothing. Only we will remain. Blue has reached the end of his string of complaints, looking at Green with a frown as he finishes. Green looks at him, deeply focused. Blue: ...And that is why my job sucks. Green: Yes.

funny enough I didn't understand this until I was well into my 20s. What made me "get it" was actually an episode of "Parks and Recreation".
